I am a licensed esthetician and fully certified skin care nerd.

I have loved skin care products and beauty rituals since I was very young. I had a nail polish stand when most of the kids on my street were selling lemonade. My prices were very budget friendly back then.
My interest in skin care peaked when I was in college, and I struggled with acne. In my frustration, I started researching products and ingredients in order to solve my problem. The more I learned, the more I wanted to learn. I read every book in my library. I quit my office job to attend the Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics to get my license, and my hobby turned into a career.

I am originally from Atlanta, GA. I attended the University of Georgia in Athens where I earned a Bachelor of the Arts in French language and a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance. I am a loud and proud Georgia Bulldawg. I spend Saturdays in the fall watching college football.
I live in New York City with my grumpy fat cat, Cody. I currently work at Exhale Spa, where you can book appointments with me for a facial. I’ve worked for major cosmetics companies, cosmetic retail chains, and dermatologists throughout my fifteen years in the beauty industry.

Aside from my passion for good skin, I am also a passionate food and wine lover. I love to cook quick, healthy meals that are good for your soul and your skin. I pair my meals with big red wines packed with good-for-your-skin antioxidants. I also love photography. I love documenting life in New York City. I shoot with a Nikon D5100 and my iPhone.
